How to format text on this wiki. This is UseModWiki?, so the rules are the usual ones.

• Paragraphs are separated by blank lines.
• Bold with three single quotes, italic with two.
• Start a line with * for a bullet, ** for a nested bullet, # for a numbered list.
• Start a line with a space for preformatted text.
• ---- (four dashes) makes a horizontal rule.
• Words like JavaGenericsNotes (two or more capitalised words joined together) become links to pages. If the page does not exist you get a question mark; click it to create the page.
• To link to an outside site just paste the URL.
• Headings: = Heading = on its own line.

There are no tables in this version. There are no images. Keep it simple.
